The BUDe™ System is a complete support approach for your business. First, we establish a mix of SLAs (Support Level Agreements) to suit your various needs (typically something like: Urgent, Next Available and Next Visit). We will perform and maintain an inventory of systems, personnel and critical vendors. Optionally, we will configure system monitoring to gauge the health of your critical applications and systems.
The Key to the BUDe™ System is an on-line tool that allows you to request support (BUDe™ Jobs), monitor job status, view reports detailing the costs associated with your specific systems and vendors, and of course, it gives you access to the personnel, systems and vendor inventories that we maintain for you. Of course all purchases and work that we do on your behalf is logged into BUDe™. In this way we provide you with complete disclosure of our efforts and costs. Naturally your billing is managed on-line as well; including the ability to print current and past bills and even to pay on-line with a credit card.
In summary, the BUDe™ System is a process and a tool that provides complete IT support for your organization (as they say, “Soup to nuts”).
And… for Everyone Else we charge on a time-and-materials basis for our services. Simply put,; we have a flat rate / hour, and we will pass any material cost directly to you. We are not resellers so we never try to dump/push unneeded equipment on you just to keep our reseller agreements. Translation: we find the best price we can – and that’s your cost!
