Vericomm Support Services
To open a support ticket you may use the "
Submit a Ticket" link here (or below) or simply send your request via email.
To help us more quickly address your specific issue, please use the following guidelines in choosing the proper Department:

Customer Service:
Use this department to resolve: Bank Account Changes, Business Name Changes, Fax Over Contracts, Statement/Rate Issues, Additional Merchant Accounts or New Locations & New Merchant Inquiries. Or send email to:
customerservice@vericommcorp.com

Note: Please include the following information with your request: Merchant ID, Name, Company, Phone Number and a Brief Description of your issue.
